ISPAT is the official national investment support and promotion agency of Turkey which provides one-stop service to both foreign and domestic investors. Some of the services provided are as follows: 

- Assisting foreign investors through start-up clearances 
- Providing support services before, during and after the realization of the investment, such as the acquisition of investment related approvals and permission from central and local authorities 
- Promoting industries and sectors to potential investors 
- Informing the investors about the investment opportunities in Turkey 
- Branding and improving Turkey’s image as an FDI destination 
- Proposing policy reforms to improve the overall business environment
