Ebru Süzer GÜNEŞ from Antalya Bar with ID number of the Republic of Turkey 30799000592 and with Üçkapılar Tax Office tax number 434 014 5934 residing at the address of Bahçelievler Mahallesi Konyaaltı Caddesi Cazip Apt.No:46 Kat:4 D:10 Antalya solely to establish liens in rank and degree they want on terms, prices and conditions in favor of third parties they want on all real properties within the borders of the Republic of Turkey, accept mortgage statements, have their records and registers made, extend the terms of mortgages, renew them, request to benefit from free degree, establish and register guarantee mortgages in favor of us, accept shifting and establishment of mortgage rights onto other real properties, collect our receivables in exchange for mortgages, acquit the indebted, lift the established mortgage partly or wholly, give annulment statements, execute all proceedings before title deed registration offices and competent authorities and bodies on behalf of me regarding all of these affairs and sign the necessary documents, registers, land registers and books.
