Ebru Süzer GÜNEŞ from Antalya Bar with ID number of the Republic of Turkey 30799000592 and with Üçkapılar Tax Office tax number 434 014 5934 residing at the address of Bahçelievler Mahallesi Konyaaltı Caddesi Cazip Apt.No:46 Kat:4 D:10 Antalya with powers and authority to separately or together have real properties which are to be devolved also to me among other inheritors from all of my testators hereditarily and in terms of succession and which are located within the borders of the Republic of Turkey registered in my name, prove inheritance and get inheritance deeds, turn collective properties into joint ownership and accept shareholding principles, procure title deeds jointly or separately in my name, write and sign every kind of papers, books and registers, devolve all real properties in my name for any reason whatsoever, follow and finalize these proceedings at Real Estate Recording Directorates, have encumbrances lifted, get and follow ever kind of documents personally, deposit all kinds of charges, taxes and expenses, object to the overpaid ones, take the portions to be returned back, execute and sign every kind of legal and private proceedings regarding the above mentioned subjects before all competent authorities and bodies, get a tax identification number in my name from the concerned tax office, receive and submit documents personally, obtain records and copies and issue and sign all papers and documents to be prepared.
