Ebru Süzer GÜNEŞ from Antalya Bar with ID number of the Republic of Turkey 30799000592 and with Üçkapılar Tax Office tax number 434 014 5934 residing at the address of Bahçelievler Mahallesi Konyaaltı Caddesi Cazip Apt.No:46 Kat:4 D:10 Antalya with powers and authority to represent us with all ways and roles at all sections and degrees of judicial departments, councils, departments and institutions of the republic of Turkey for suits and prosecutions filed or to be filed against me, protect our rights and interests, file suits, carry out enforcement proceedings, participate in filed suits, pursue and conclude them, apply for arbitration and appoint arbitrators, submit all kinds of petitions and documents to the related organizations and institutions with their signatures on behalf of us, notify and being notified, appoint witnesses and experts, accept or reject the ones appointed from the opposite side, protest, issue written warnings and written notices, respond to the issued ones, offer, accept and reject oaths, have explorations carried out, be present at explorations, object to exploration reports, request re-exploration, have cautionary judgments and cautionary enforcements and attachments carried out and lift them, carry out every kind of necessary legal procedures, at Enforcement Offices, the Supreme Court of Appeals, the Supreme Council of Public Accounts, the Council of State, Regional Administrative Tribunals, tax courts, State Security Courts and judicial departments established or to be established by laws and all other public departments, pursue the proceedings, pleading before courts, appeal the verdicts, request the correction of verdicts and new trials, issue a complaint for judges, experts, arbitrators, witnesses and secretaries and reject them, transfer of the actions, participate in trials, submit and receive documents personally, obtain records and copies, examine files, have mistakes corrected, represent us at tax offices, tax objection, discretion, appeal and provincial conciliation commissions and departments established and to be established later by laws regarding these subjects, request conciliation, sign written reports, object, pursue and finalize necessary legal proceedings, demand our exemption from trials, request the enforcement of all decisions from related institutions, delegate, appoint and discharge others with part of these powers, collect and receive by using these powers jointly or separately, compromise and relinquish, accept and reject suits, waive the right to bring a suit and waive appeal, accept waiving suits, take part in enforcement tenders and submit bids on behalf of us.
